Well doesn't this just explain everything!

Politically-Challenged

Collage majors

Facebook asks,

“What is on your mind?” I will tell you what is on my mind! I'm appalled by what I just saw, a poll on a collage campus.

“Children” headed for a Master’s degree in collage

were asked 6 questions.

The important 3 they could NOT answer!

But appeared proud that they could answer the 3 TV show questions.

Really?

If you can name these people, but

Question #1

Who won the Civil War?

The Civil War, which is really called the War Between The States, it was never about freeing slaves, it was about the rights of the States & The People. Took place between 1861 - and goes on to present day, but they will tell you it ended in 1865, but that isn't the truth.

The Communist North other wise known as the Union won.

Yes it is a fact we are at war! That is why the country is in such a mess!

It was NEVER about freeing slaves, what happened is everyone became slaves! Don’t you feel like one? Always being told what you can and can’t do. How do you think they get away with that? We are still under Martial Law that Lincoln declared before he was assassinated!

That is why we have a “Police state” situation now!

COME ON FOLKS WAKE UP!

I wonder how Ol' Abe would feel if he knew ...

 Abraham Lincoln

declared martial law during the Civil War. Martial law has not been lifted from his declaration, over a hundred and fifty years ago! Thus we are still at war the North & South!

President Lincoln was assassinated before he could complete plans for reestablishing Constitutional government in the Southern States and end the martial rule by executive order, and the 14th Article in Amendment to the Constitution created a new citizenship status for the new expanded jurisdiction - everyone became slaves except those in power.

Any time entities in power want to do something that is illegal under the Constitution, they go simply ahead with it under the principle of the martial law that was declared by Lincoln.

That is how the Executive Orders are presented. They are Executive Orders based on martial law that has not been lifted. This is also referred to as admiralty law.

Because the Constitution says, that you can not have a standing army, they create wars, such as "a war on poverty", a few years later "war on drugs", a few years after that, "war on terror", when they don't out right cause wars with other nations. And there are more and more of these wars occurring every two years. If they didn't do this then Martial Law would have to be canceled and you would be back under the Constitution, and your freedoms could be restored.

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of "declared national emergency". In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by

President Roosevelt in 1933,

[War and Emergency Powers Acts, Executive Orders and the New World Order]

President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict,

President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.
There were 32 declared national emergencies between 1976 and 2001.

Treason and Tyranny by the bankers, the lawyers and judiciary, the bought politicians, and other vested interests is not what we or our ancestors fought and died for.

What it meant when the North / Union won.

Martial Law is declared by President Lincoln on April 24th, 1863, with General Orders No. 100; under martial law authority, Congress and President Lincoln institute continuous martial law by ordering the states to either conscribe troops and or provide money in support of the North or be recognized as enemies of the nation; this martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today.  This martial law authority gives the President (with or without Congress) the dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by government in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America.  This conscription act remains in effect to this very day and is the foundation of “Presidential Executive Orders” authority; it was magnified in 1917 with The Trading with the Enemy Act (Public Law 65-91, 65th Congress, Session I, Chapters 105, 106, October 6, 1917). and again in 1933 with the Emergency War Powers Act, which is ratified and enhanced almost every year to this date by Congress.  Today, these Acts address the people of the United States themselves as their enemy.

If you can’t make your case without props, then you don’t have a case to make. Politicians are mostly about theater. The goal is to bypass the head and go for the emotions. You can get almost anybody to flinch emotionally if you tell a heart wrenching story about a child.

Tyrants Using Children as Props and Propaganda

So any time the powers that be wish to stick their noses in YOUR business, and tell you what you can and can't do they exploit children (gun control) then do it anyway because you are the enemy, you are their slave (SSN is the "mark of the beast") and you must obey your masters (Congress).
That is how they get away with forcing people to be vaccinated against their will, children must attend (brain washing) schools,
wear helmets and seat belts, ... etc

          License are required for slaves

The permission granted by competent authority to exercise a

certain privilege that, without such authorization, would constitute an illegal act, a trespass or a tort. The certificate or document confers permission to engage in conduct other wise proscribed as illegal. These activities which require a government issued license include but not limited to; marrying, fishing & hunting “the King’s deer”, driving, (not performing but) "practicing" medicine and medical services, *"practicing" law, manufacturing, engaging in retail and wholesale commerce, operating a private business, trade or technical schools, providing “commercial services”, providing public services, inspections, and even operating public pinball machines!

Oops.

A state may not impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted by the Federal Constitution. Murdock v Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105, pg 113 (1943)  was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that an ordinance requiring solicitors to purchase a license was an unconstitutional tax on the Jehovah's Witnesses' right to freely exercise their religion .https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murdock_v._Pennsylvania

Ever wonder why you can't win in court?

The answer lies in "practicing" of law

The real problem is not guns; it’s State-controlled, tax-payer funded government education where millions of children are propagandized. As soon as a child is capable of learning, he is taught the Socialist catechism, whose first two questions run as follows:

Q. By whom were you begotten?

A. By the sovereign State.

Q. Why were you begotten?

A. That I might know, love, and serve

                 the Sovereign State always.

Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Article IV of the Bill of Rights states,

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and
effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be
violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Court Opens Door To Searches Without Warrants
The Senate's version of the bill (S. 486) was sponsored by Senator John Ashcroft (R-Missouri).

The House Bill (H.R. 2987) was sponsored by U.S. Representative Chris Cannon (R-Utah).

This bill extends its authority to impede upon the

First Amendment Right of "Freedom of Speech."

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition.  It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices.  It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely.  It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.

Which means that they should not be allowed to order you to take these flags down!

Except we are under Martial Law not Constitutional Law.

In our ignorance let us riot and give them yet another reason to declare and keep Martial Law going...

American's are more ... than ever!

Question #3

Who did we gain our independence from & what year?

England in 1776, but because the north won, we are technically still under English crown.

Have you ever been to the church that like to pick and choose which pieces of the Bible they followed?

That is what people who want to follow everything except the very first word of the First Amendment sound like to me.

Our founding fathers knew that law had to be written exactly to reflect the precise intentions of the writer. They didn't use the word "Congress" at the beginning of that sentence by accident. The law is written specifically to restrict the actions of Congress, and nobody else.

First Amendment doesn't give anyone any rights. It actually takes away the presumed right of Congress to make laws about the behaviors that the First Amendment governs.

It limits Congress. It does not do anything else. At all.

One of the reasons that we had so much chaos is because that particular law does not apply to even the rest of the federal government, let alone the states, or private citizens.

And the Supreme Court interpretation that citizens, states, and other forms of government have some sort of obligation to abide by this law is fraudulent.

It is not incorrect, not legitimate, not well-intentioned but grammatically erroneous. It is simply and purely fraudulent. The only way they can legitimize the interpretation they are using currently would be to

declare a piece of the Constitution itself to be unconstitutional and that is a legal headache I don't even want to get into.

-       Rebecca Avoni Blackstone

First Amendment

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Agreed it says, "Congress shall make NO LAW ....",

That includes an act, it’s not even a law, it’s an act that says the president can do what ever he wants by executive order. This power was granted to the president by the illegal act of Congress called the War Powers Act written during WWII to avoid the squabble about if The Untied States of America should or should not go to war again, which is Congress’ job to make that decision not the President’s. So what they did was give away all their power to the Presidency. So what power does Congress have now? None, what's the point, might as well go home you are unnecessary because you gave it away and refuse to take it back, Dr Ron Paul tried to restore the Constitution.

The War Powers Act of 1941, also known as the First War Powers Act, was an American emergency law that increased Federal power during World War II. The act was signed by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and put into law on December 18, 1941, less than two weeks after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

ALL executive orders and anything built upon the War Powers Act are unconstitutional and as such ILLEGAL. Do not obey!

Honestly there has been legal Congress since 1861 when the southern Congressional members got up and walked out without setting a date to reconvene … that more or less ended the existence of These United States of America. Thus the formation of the Southern States was legal and is why what used to be called These united Staters of America (nation) is now called the US (corporation) and they ignore the Constitution.
